About the Journal

The TOMO journal is an open access journal that publishes in the rolling pass format. It is published by the Postgraduate Program in Sociology of the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS). It’s first edition was published in 1998. It is the result of a continuous effort from the PPGS to provide the academic community with high quality scientific knowledge in the field of Sociology and related areas such as Anthropology, Political Sciences and International Relations.
