THE PROGRAM OF THE ESCOLA SEM PARTIDO AND THE PRECARIOUSNESS OF THE TEACHING WORK

The purpose of this article is to analyze how the “Program of the School without Party” (ESP) umbilically reflects the rationality of the process of precariousness of teaching work in the context of flexible capitalism. Through the establishment of causal links between the process of productive restructuring, the advancement of neoliberalism and the rise of an increasingly market-oriented teaching model, we sought not only to contextualize the emergence of ESP but to understand how this Program, informed by a model of "school of instruction" designed to train entrepreneurs, contributes to the process of teacher disqualification and precariousness of teaching work. The theoretical article tries to understand, through the establishment of these causal links, how the “Program of the School without Party” is part of a neoliberal and neoconservative offensive that extends the mercantile logic to the most diverse spheres of social life, banning any critical thinking that can be strengthened by the teaching work and that does not fit the objective of "training for the market".Downloads
