For a better understanding of the effectiveness of social assistance and collective health policies regarding the conditions of the homeless population in England, this essay presents a methodology that focuses on a more descriptive analysis of public policies with some institutional frameworks in relation to immigration policy and health care - and its consequences for health care in times of Brexit. A methodologically qualitative approach of a reception institution is also presented, which allows understanding aspects of the sociability of the homeless population in its transnational profile, which more recently suffers a redefinition by the bias of the stigmatized image of the immigrant, especially those of black Caribbean and African origin hosted in a hostel in Leeds - Yorkshire.
