Abstract

In this interpretive study we dialogue with the objectives of sustainable development, goals established by the 2030 Agenda, and intercultural linguistic education. To this end, we observed the Spanish language in the Curricular Reference of the Sergipe State Education. We propose to identify intercultural strategies in the material. Supported by this, we resort to post-critical curricular practices (Silva, 2016), with an emphasis on Spanish (Autor, 2022), intersected with Critical Interculturality (Walsh, 2009). We observed that Sergipe's curriculum, within the scope of Spanish linguistic education, has potentially decolonial proposals for a civic construction whose lifestyles are sustainable, that is, a more inclusive and non-violent society.
