Abstract

As for the isonomy in service, institutions are lacking. No digital platforms related to the insertion of people with disabilities in the labor market were found in UPE. On the other hand, there are several inclusive digital technologies in China, the One Plus One group being the highlight. In this sense, this article aims to replicate the technologies of such group, developing a Talent Bank for people with disabilities at UPE. The proposal will contribute to the technological development of Pernambuco and also social inclusion.
