Brazilian Education and Literature: reflections on the educational policy of education reformers and their conception of literature

Abstract

The article aims to make considerations about the educational policy that was configured from the so-called business reformers of Education. It also aims to analyze an expression of these in the context of Brazilian education, from the reform of secondary education and the implementation of the BNCC in this segment. Realizing the importance of the debate about neoliberal ideals, we seek, through the bibliographical review, to discuss the conception of education and literature that departs from these ideals.
