The engagement of brands in the neoliberal context, characterized by socio-environmental challenges, shapes advertising strategies that focus on specific issues. This focus is expressed through discourse that sensitively mobilizes consumer empathy toward the others. The qualitative semiotic analysis, based on Greimas, of three Brazilian campaigns awarded at Cannes (2023) describes the discursive strategy: emphasizing the other's body as a figure in the scene, connecting expression with figurativity to raise audience awareness, with technology and science serving as themes of credibility—attributes favoring brands supported by a subtle relationship between organizational activity and the inclusive action it promotes.
