Resumo

The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of innovative approaches to the formation of professional competence of officers in higher education with consideration of technological and psychological aspects. Semi-structured interview method with the use of a descriptive example method was used in the study. The testing included the Emotional Quotient Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. 360-degree evaluation technique was also used. The validity and reliability of the selected methods are ensured by the study of internal consistency. Statistical analysis of the received data was conducted with the use of descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. The study showed improvement in all aspects of officer training. Indicators of self-regulation increased from 75 to 88 points (p = 0.02), empathy — from 60 to 75 points (p = 0.01), and stress resistance - from 70 to 75 points. Strong positive correlation between the measured aspects and the effectiveness of innovative methods confirms their efficiency. Correlation coefficients exceed 0.85 at statistical significance p<0.05. Implementation of innovative learning methods significantly increases the professional competences of officers. It contributes to the development of practical skills, strategic thinking and managerial abilities.
