SECURITY MEASURES IN PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

We employ technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and situations that lead to the destruction, loss or alteration of this data.

Among the security measures we adopt, we highlight the following:

-password storage using cryptographic hashes;
-database access restrictions;
-monitoring physical access to servers.

Even if we adopt everything in our power to avoid security incidents, it is possible that there is a problem motivated exclusively by third parties - as in the case of hacker or cracker attacks, or even in the case of the user's sole fault, which occurs, for example , when he himself transfers his data to third parties. Thus, although we are generally responsible for the personal data we process, we are exempt from liability in the event of an exceptional situation such as this, over which we have no control.

In any case of any type of security incident that may generate significant risk or damage to any of ConCI's users, we will communicate to those affected and to the National Data Protection Authority what happened, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection .
